They took a bottom tier character, and nerfed them even harder. All they see is a nerf and instantly think the character is unplayable, without looking at the surrounding context. Most of the people complaining haven't even gotten close to a top GR run. I'm sure those will be utilized in the meta group strategy. This isn't quite as bad as it sounds because they no longer need the 2 archon items (belt/helm) so can pick up some minor damage buffs (probably witching hour and andariels helm).īazooka was, when the "stars" (lol) aligned, doing far more than 1shotting packs so its not entirely accurate to take GR 150 and divide the hp value by ~15 and come up with a new answer, but its much weaker. Therefore, a starpact wiz will now do approximately 1/15th the damage that they used to. 175 6% per stack = 1050% increase so 11.5x the damage then archon provides its own 30% multiplier (which may or may not be additive with %element or %meteor, unsure) so 11.51.3 = 14.95. I'd estimate most drops are between 150 and 200 archon stacks so lets assume 175.
Basically loses the damage multiplier from archon in the meteor drops. Bazooka now becomes lon42 or what ever they like to call it.
